Emulsion is self-sealing and internally cross-linked so no separate catalyst is required. Use 3-4 coats of Emulsion for mid-range residential jobs, or use two coats of Emulsion under two coats of StreetShoe as an up sell that is the ultimate in beauty and durability.
Best of all, Emulsion is a water based coating, so there's no need to evacuate the building while coating, and no messy solvent cleanup when you're done. Just use water for cleanup, as you would with any other water based coating.
